Registered Yoga School (RYS) 200

Yogis can deepen their practice, improve physical/mental health, or teach yoga as an independent contractor with our nationally credentialed 200-hour yoga teacher course.

Continuing Education (CE) Provider

Current yoga teachers may attend workshops marked CE for Yoga Alliance hours.

MyCAA Military Spouse Scholarship

MyCAA Military Spouse Scholarship

Our 200-hour Registered Yoga School helps you deepen your practice , begin a yoga teacher small business, certify as a yoga teacher, and qualify you to register with the Yoga Alliance.


  Our convenient hybrid program includes both online and in studio classes.


Our program includes a core (in studio one weekend a month) and 3 evening modules (2 online, and 1 in studio or online pending ongoing YA approval).


Our rolling enrollment allows you to start throughout the year and complete in 1 year or less depending on start date.

We are proud to support active duty spouses by offering full tuition scholarships to DOD military spouses in pay grades E-1 to E-6, W-1 to W-2, and O-1 to O-3 through the MyCAA program.
